requires a minimum of three years experience
in emergency management, written exam and
review by panel of certified experts on
experience, education and training.
Certified Emergency Response
Hazardous Material Technician meeting the
standards for The University of Nevada Reno
Fire Science Academy, OSHA, EPA and
Washington State.
Over twenty years experience utilizing security
theories and applications.
Graduate of the Defense Security Service and
Federal Law Enforcement Training Center,
Physical Security Programs.
Retired Army Warrant Officer serving over
Seventeen years in Special Forces and is a
Certified Instructor in Antiterrorism & Force
Protection applications.
Graduate of the John F. Kennedy Special
Warfare Survival School and Philippine’s
Jungle Survival course.
Instructed Special Operations Personnel in
survival tactics, techniques and procedures.
Graduate of the National Search & Rescue School.
