or threats to safety and security.

In the Northwest we face several natural and
man-made hazards. Earthquakes, fires, flooding,
HAZMAT incidents, power failures and criminal
acts can occur without warning. Terrorism is also
a threat to our security. While we cannot control if
and when a disaster will strike, we can choose to
be prepared.
The Government can only do so much in the event
of a disaster. The rest is up to you. What have you
done to prepare your family or business?
